We only ship within the United States. We ship all orders within 24-36 hours to the address you enter during checkout. If there are any changes in product availability, we will notify you and you can opt to cancel or modify your order. If have any changes to your order please make sure to get in touch as soon as possible.

Your products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and should be received within 2-3 days. Of course system-wide issues like weather are out of our control so in those circumstances we appreciate your patience. It’ll be there asap.

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the package has entered the shipping system.


We know you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, but just in case you’re not:

If you change your mind about your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The contents must be in new, unused condition. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

We ship everything in perfect condition. However if the box and product arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can learn what happened and arrange for a replacement. If you have a moment could you even take a photo of the damaged package?

As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund, which can take up to 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation that we received your return and processed your refund.
